I’m very much looking forward to speaking at the Eastern Iowa chapter of the PMI in Cedar Rapids during their Professional Development Day event on Friday, October 20th.  We’ll be talking about how to increase resource capacity; one of my favorite topics. For those who are attending the event, please make sure to say hello.  For those interested in the PMI Eastern Iowa event, visit PMIEasternIowa.org/events/event-listing/meetings/2017-professional-development-day.

As I mentioned here in the blog earlier this year, I will be speaking next week in San Diego at the prestigious Project Management Institute’s Global Congress North America. If you are going to the Global Congress and would like to talk to me in person, please…

I will be speaking in Toronto Ontario on Tuesday May 15th to speak at the Micrososft Project Users Group meeting which is scheduled to coincide with the end of ProjectWorld. I’ll be speaking about “Timesheet options with Microsoft Project and Project Server”. See this post for location and attendance information . Hope to see you there!
