The perils and benefits of managing remote workers in an all new world

Since the spring of 2020, shutdowns, remote work, hybrid work have all become part of our lexicon. In this session we will look at tools, techniques and operating principles that can be deployed when the location of workers can’t be counted on. We’ll talk about how to manage people who are together some of the time, all of the time or none of the time and how to manage projects when there is a blend of such workers.
