I’m looking forward to being back in Dallas next week.  On Tuesday, May 21st, I will be speaking at the 13th Annual UT Dallas Project Management Symposium at the UT Dallas Campus.  This is a big event and I’m delighted to have been asked to speak there.  My topic is “Managing Resource Risk in an Uncertain World”.  If you plan to attend the conference, please make sure to say hello.

I’m very much looking forward to speaking at the Eastern Iowa chapter of the PMI in Cedar Rapids during their Professional Development Day event on Friday, October 20th.  We’ll be talking about how to increase resource capacity; one of my favorite topics. I will be speaking in Toronto Ontario on Tuesday May 15th to speak at the Micrososft Project Users Group meeting which is scheduled to coincide with the end of ProjectWorld.
